"While waiting in line, one of the employees was on a personal phone call, he said he would be with me in a moment I sat there waited patiently for about five minutes. Once he was off the phone call I went to purchase a $78 item. I had $100 bill and he told me that he couldn’t give me change. Last I checked, it was still legal tender in the United States . Every other store, I purchased items from in that day, gratefully took my cash. I have a husband and four children. We spent plenty of money at the store. Disappointing that they would not be able to give me change less than $20 and then I had to sit there and wait for him to take care of his personal business while working."

"Lulu has some quality products that last a good long time, but every time you shop at their store it’s hard not to ask yourself if the high cost is justified. They do have a discount rack with some markdowns but that generally consists of extreme sizes or odd colors. Employees are kind and helpful and there seems to be enough to find and get help when it’s needed."
