"J. Crew people in Utah don't seem to know how process refund. I returned a pair of earrings that I ordered online, and the cashier named Caroline (I'm assuming that's her name because it's on the receipt) was going to refund the amount of another style which was cheaper. She was going to refund me $20+. I knew how much I paid for the earrings I ordered so I said "I'm pretty sure I paid around $40 for this before tax". Took a minute before she figured out the correct earrings. Then refunded me the sale price, but not the sales tax. To be fair, though the manager that day (thick girl with short blonde hair) was nice. I also went to J. Crew Factory in Park City 2 days prior to return a couple of shirts that were too big on me. The girl who processed the returns didn't refund me the sales tax either. What's up with this? lol"
