"I never write reviews under businesses or companies but my most recent experience at this location in City Creek left me feeling quite uncomfortable. There was an older woman running the men’s department who wouldn’t leave me alone, probably because she got the preconceived bias from my appearance that I was gonna steal and she seemed suspicious of me. She wouldn’t stop asking me for help, even after I reassured her multiple times that I was fine. She took the clothes I was holding to put in the dressing room for me which I didn’t mind, but once I entered the room, she repeatedly knocked on the door every 5 minutes for the 15 minutes I was in there trying things on asking if I was done yet, and she was standing right outside the door when I stepped out and finished. It left me quite annoyed. After I exit the rooms though, I see her inform the other employees to watch and follow me. I didn’t end up buying anything and left sooner than I intended to because I felt like I was being watched and I felt very unwelcome. I understand that this is a higher end department store and that theft happens but it did not make my experience enjoyable or even tolerable whatsoever. Very hesitant to come in again if this is how the staff is."
