"Eliza the “supervisor” was super rude. She shouldn’t be anything if she doesn’t know how to treat customers. I can’t believe she is even a supervisor. Me and my friend were purchasing blankets separately and we accidentally swapped them so we asked her to swap the blankets in the bag and she refused to do so saying we could do it after ourselves. How hard was it ? Definitely not how a supervisor should act..!!!!"
"Came to purchase a shirt for a date and ended up buying way more than what I needed. It’s a well organized store. The staff are fairly nice and helpful. Definitely is like other Ross stores. The location is convention. Parking is plentiful. I am sure I will come back."
