"I absolutely stan Banana Republic, but I'm honestly really tired of their latest obsession with merino wool, cashmere and linen. I understand the linen campaign within the last year or two, taking a play out of the Tommy Bahama playbook; but I feel this type of material is too rough, impractical and a non-starter. Cashmere is just as impractical to wear on the daily, as the material is too delicate, snags extremely easily and to wash the material is another unrealistic nightmare. I wish they would bring back the jogger sets, the skin-tone color palettes, the traveler jean vignettes in the retail stores, and BR Tech.. Best campaign ever in 2021-2022."
