"The clerks were very nice. However, we had to go back to the store because they only gave 20% off instead of 40% off. Instead of reverse the overcharge of $53, they charged us another $50. They then reversed that charge of $53 and still owes us original $50."

"I went to Downeast to go Christmas shopping. I found a few sets of clothes that I liked but the sizes they had were too large. The attendant was very helpful and managed to find the same jeans and tops with the right size and even found others with a similar style in the same size for me! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I really do not enjoy shopping; the attendants made this nice and easy for me."
"Bummed to write this review. I stumbled upon this store when I was at City Creek for business outfits for an upcoming trip. I had a nice time and found several fun outfits. I came back to return an unworn top and also brought with me a top I had worn that completely shrank after 1 wash, to the point I can’t wear it. The women at the store completely dismissed me, showed zero empathy, wasn’t kind and essentially said too bad. I know it’s an abnormal situation but due to that experience I will not be returning and instead shop at brands that care a bit more."
