"The people at this location need to get their act together. Twice now I have ordered a breakfast sandwich with my hash browns ON THE SIDE and they have put them on the sandwich. Plus, you can't even remove it because the cheese is all melted into them so that would leave my sandwich cheeseless. I order from there fairly often but maybe I will just have to go back to Ernie's where they fix the order right!!"
"The food was as expected for a Gandolfos but I wanted to give a shout out to the employee who took my order. I unfortunately cannot remember his name but is costumer service was fantastic. It was refreshing to have an employee smile and ask how you were doing."
"I was super excited to eat here cause I’ve heard good things but we weren’t treated well at all and I want to say we were overcharged. $25 for two subs is ridiculous when the bread is stale. Super bummed about it! We had a coupon code and the lady said she’d apply it and then didn’t and charged us a lot more than we should’ve been charged. Would like to get a refund."
"I had heard great things before coming and I didn’t think that it was all that great. It was good enough to go once As far as service goes, I don’t have any complaints. It is inside of a gas station convenience store though which was a little odd but I didn’t mind it. Update: I was in a hurry and I live nearby so I went back about 4 months after my first visit. I got a #5 cold this time and it was actually really good. I don’t embeber what I got the first time, I think that it was a #3. Changed from 3 stars to 4. I’ll definitely go back, but I’m not sure if I’ll be ordering the #5 every time or if I’ll try more stuff on the menu."
"The sandwiches are great! I’ve never liked any of the sides I’ve had from here (besides the chips, of course). The location on Provo Center Street has some cool vibes since it’s in a basement, but the sandwiches are pretty much the same at both of them. We love stopping by here on our way out of town for a quick meal!"
