"I grew up going to and loving jcws. Their chicken fingers were known for being massive breast like size and so so good. A while back, their recipe seemed to change. Then just today I ordered a kids meal that usually comes with 2 big tenders and was handed this. For $8?? One normal size tender. The worker said they just changed to one tender as of yesterday cuz “they’re bigger”. This is legit half the size they used to be. Idk what they switched to before that was even smaller than this but wow. And their shakes. They used to be known to be big. Now this is the “small” shake. It’s a 10/12 oz cup inside their big cup. So disappointing this place has gone down hill and cheap."
"Visited for the first time and l was surprised as I’ve never been to this establishment. The food was tasty. Service was super friendly, patient, and prompt. The facility was clean and inviting. The lemonade was delicious. They offer military discount. I would come back to try the other items on the menu."
"This place clearly hates it's ranch loving customers! I clearly asked for multiple ranches only to realize that I was given only a single when I got home. What kind of monsters does this to someone??? If they needed me to pay for extra- they should have asked me?!!"
"Came here with friends around 8:45 pm on a Saturday. Place was pretty crowded but clean. The line was almost to the door but we got to the register pretty quickly. Everyone's food came out hot and we all enjoyed our food. I only got fries and a shake. The peanut butter shake is creamy peanut butter. Still a good portion added. Was a bit disappointed that my large stand alone fries was smaller than my friend's large fries with a burger. Did have a good time and would consider coming back when in the area again at food time."
"It's always yummy at JCW's! I love the variety of their menu. Something for everyone including kids. Healthy options too. The bathrooms were small but clean. They must have forgotten about my friends order (but then we found it melting on their counter). But other that that, it was fast service and we had a good time."
