"This Taco Bell has been super slow every time I go. Food is skimpy. Example, the pic of a "extra beef" in a crunchwrap. Even gotten stale shells/tortillas here. They've been out of Baja Blast, the best part of Taco Bell. Can't recommend this one Update: I've gone back a few times (closest one) But this most recent visit my bean burrito ended up tasting literally like dirt, I'm guessing from the onions. I'm not going back to taco bell for awhile"
"Staff was friendly here and working hard, but this is by far the slowest Taco Bell I have been to. I think they are severely understaffed and they heavily prioritize the drive through. I counted 16 customers in the drive through to one being served inside. There were about 16 people waiting for their food inside. Waited 35 min and asked for a refund. still had about 8 people to serve in front of me."
"As Taco Bell’s go this one was typical. The staff were jerks and the food was just as good as usual, it’s Taco Bell. The staff refused to say the name I go by (Big Papa) so instead they just put my order on the counter. There were at least 10 or so other people who had ordered and were waiting so when everyone else had already been called up I walked up to see what was taking so long and the guy in the camo shirt said he wasn’t going to say my name (even though I’ve been here before and they’ve never had an issue with my name). Literally the name I go by everywhere. I was missing an item from my order, but the staff fixed the issue when I brought it to their attention. Plenty of seating restroom was clean. Ordered from a kiosk, but an employee was available to order from if I didn’t want to use the kiosk."
"Always out of Baja Blast, chalupa shells are stale, and quesadillas have no fillings for over $6. No reply from taco bell customer service on any of this. Love taco bell but this particular location needs to be avoided. Save yourself the trouble and drive a few blocks to Del Taco."
"We love Taco Bell. However this location has left us disappointed On August 8th. 2023 (today) we did a drive through order and they forgot one of the items we ordered. By the time we realized we were already home. We called the location hoping for a refund for the item, but they told us we had to come back to the location. They didn’t accommodate us in any way or even apologize. Also, is this normally how a crunch wrap supreme is made? Where are the tomatoes? Why is it mostly lettuce? So disappointed. :("
