"The food is mediocre and service is the same. They seem to be pretty under staffed as well. This last time my family went here my pancakes still had raw batter in them, all of our hash browns were rock hard, and eggs were way under done. Our waitress asked if we wanted water after our coffee order and she never brought it out. But we watched her on her phone talking to her coworkers. When it was time to pay she selected the 25% tip option for me to which I changed it to 20% (which was generous)."

"This was the only sit down restaurant open after getting off work for a long time, so we’ve been semi consistently for a few years. The night crew are always super friendly. Because we normally go super late it’s generally a skeleton crew but even if there are several tables the servers are always quick and accommodating. The kitchen gets the food out pretty quick, if it’s especially busy it can be a little slow. Food is pretty good, great breakfast options, good dinner, and decent lunch. No fault of the staff, but the atmosphere can get quite loud when groups of teens come through. That’s to be expected though and not really bothersome. If you’re looking for quiet dining, look for something other than a family style diner."

"Ordered takeout today (Christmas Day) by phone at 3:20pm. Was told 15 to 20 minutes for pickup so I left immediately to grab the food since that's how long it would take me to drive there. Upon arrival was told they were making it and it would be another 15-20 minutes. Waited for an hour and then asked if it was ready, trying to be patient and give them time. They said they didn't have an order for my name anymore and it got lost somehow. So they put in another order for takeout while I waited since they couldn't even refund me because they couldn't find the order in the system. I ended up getting home with the food at 6:45pm after waiting another hour and a half for the order to be made. They ran out of syrup somehow so we had to eat all the pancakes dry. They put 2 strawberries and 2 banana slices for each order of pancakes. The hash browns were barely cooked. The only thing that was really edible was the poblano omelette. Definitely, do not recommend eating here on Christmas. Hopefully the daily service is better."

"Today I had a terrible experience, I felt like I was robbed!! It's a place I sometimes like to go to with my family, and for the first time I felt offended by an attendant called Branden, (I don't know if it's his real name, he has a small tattoo in the corner of his left eye), when he brought me the bill, it just gave me the amounts, it didn't have a list for me to check if what I ordered was right. I didn't like it but it was okay, I gave him the card and he made the payment, and asked me if I wanted the receipt, I said yes, he took a while but gave it to me. the bill was $59.55, and he chose his tip of $14.89 and also signed it pretending to be me. the problem is not the value of the TIP, I usually always give 20% to 25%, even more so on a Sunday, but the fact that he thinks I look like an idiot and preferred to choose the tip himself and sign for me, I wonder if that it's normal? I will never go to this unit again."
