"Food is good. Lied about not having fries. When a batch of uncooked fries was sitting right there. They just didn't want to cook them at 9:50PM since they close at 10PM. Closing shift is lazy. Food is good though otherwise."
"This is my go-to burger place. Live the Cajun Fries, and burgers are fresh. I would recommend dining in though. The way the burgers are wrapped, they can get soggy by the time you get home. Food can be pricey."
"Service was "sub-par". No introduction walking in. No suggestions to the menu. Pretty cookie cutter in my opinion. Atmosphere was rough. Employees were lounging around the food lines and grills. Not really doing much but laughing extremely loud and not paying much attention to food perfection. Which is surprising to me, because.... THAT FOOD WAS ON POINT THOUGH!"
"Are these 5 guys serious?!? I recently read an article about how this chain was most likely going out of business in the next couple of years and it got me curious about what their good was like since I hadn't eaten there. Within 30 seconds I could tell exactly why they weren't doing well and one of the only empty restaurants at 4 pm. They charge you $20 for a burger, fries, and drink! You can get a steak dinner at chili's for that much. I didn't feel like spending that much so I just got a little bacon cheeseburger and paid $9 dollars. The patty was paper thin (not even sure how it stayed together honestly) and it was mediocre at very best. I could get a decent sized great tasting bacon burger, sweet potato fries, and a drunk at smashburger for that much! To be honest a McDonald's value menu double burger is better and cost $2.50. Eat here if you are trying to get rid of money for mediocre food."
