"This location is probably the worst location I've ever been to. I had some life changes that put me working in this locations area for a while now. I've made attempts 5 different times to procure food from them. In two of the scenarios, I was the only customer in the drive through, and near as I could tell, at the restaurant at all. Took a few minutes just to have someone acknowledge me waiting to place an order. From there, many multiple minutes to come to the window for payment, and probably close to double that.. for a couple bean and cheese burritos?! One order of which I wouldn't have called edible, but frustrated and tired, I just threw them away. Thinking maybe it's the people on that particular shift, I wouldn't recommend the early morning hours either. In my other 3 attempts, between 4-6am, you'll get the standard couple minute wait for someone to acknowledge you at the drive through.. just to have them come on and say "oh uh our system is down, I can't take your order".. then why are you advertising you're open 24 hours if the whole function behind you being open isn't possible? 0/10, actively recommending nobody go here until major changes are made."
"Order the 5 of the 3 pack taco Tuesday deals on the app. That should be 15 tacos. Go to store to pick them up and only got 5 tacos. When asked the manager on duty she said I only ordered 5 and refused to look at my phone or app that says 3 pack taco Tuesday deal. They were rude and not polite. They could have apologized for the confusion on the app or at least looked at it. Worst customer service I have ever had at a del taco. I also paid extra for guacamole on my crunchtada and got nothing. Paid for stuff and did not get it. The cheesecake bites were flat and did not have anything in side of it but a dime full of cheese cake. Guess I will stick to taco time or jack in the box."
"Wtfff is this???? The cashier did my first order wrong and the gave me the coldest chicken strip in bread. This is a single chicken strip thats small as heck in a torta (see in photo). The cashier also made me pay for this despite giving me the wrong order first. He claimed we ordered a tostada even though we ordered a Chicken Torta. We even reiterated because he said "what?" over the mic. Trash worker, i miss the old employees Edit: To the owner, I already contacted but have had no response"
