Panda Express

"This is hands down the worst Panda Express I've ever had the displeasure of going to. Its right by where I live, that's why I've tried it every time I wanted Panda Express, but I walk away each time. They never have anything ready, especially the Black Pepper Angus Steak. Never. Not a single time I've been there, has it been ready. Most of the time they're out of everything else, too. The service is disgusting, to say the least. The laziest staff I've ever seen in a food place, and I managed one, so I should know. I've never been to a Panda Express that was worse than this one."

"I came in for lunch at 1:24pm. on December 1 2023. I asked first super greens, and the order was willing to have them cook, but the cook refused. I even saw the ingredients in the cooler."

"I ordered on the Panda Express a half hour before going to pickup. My order was not hot for very long. I was 5 min late to pickup but they made my order TEN minutes before my 6:15 time That I selected. Their food portions were smaller/less than other Panda locations that I have gone to in the last 2-3 months. I literally walked my food back inside and showed them the small amount of double orange chicken and I asked, “is this the right portion size?” And the girl just said, “yep.” And moved on to the next customer. I’m disappointed In the portion sizes. They didn’t give me my sweet n sour sauce that I requested in the app “special notes” section. Luckily I checked before I left. I’m disappointed that they made my meal too early and therefore it got cold faster. And they didn’t give me the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, which I didn’t think about until we were long gone. Also, the rice was kind of flavorless and the orange chicken wasn’t as flavored as it usually is at other locations."

"TL;DL: The chicken they served was not cooked. (Still waiting to see if I get food poisoning.) It took them 32 minutes to take my order with no one ahead of us. Paid extra for he black pepper Angus beef. For 4 very small pieces. (Pics included) Last night we went to panda express. There was one person waiting for their order and us. My nephew sat there waiting for 19 minutes until they took his order and it took them 32 minutes before they took mine. They kept filling online orders while ignoring us as we were standing at the counter waiting to order. When they did finally take my order I asked if they were going to make anymore of the black Angus pepper beef..cause there was only a couple small pieces left. The guy said he would tell them too and it would take 7 minutes. I also ordered orange chicken. Less then 2 minutes later they said that my order was ready. Strange that wasn't anywhere near 7 minutes. As I opened it up and they gave me couple small pieces that were left without making more any more. Keep in mind I paid $1.25 extra for that. Which is just ridiculous. (Pics included.) I took a bite of the orange chicken and looked and it was pink inside. Which is a serious health code violation. I had eaten most of it at that point. But the 3 pieces I had left all were pink inside. I went up and showed the lady who took my name and offered me a free meal. I said I'm not worried about that. I'm worried about getting sick. As well as everyone else you've served this chicken to today. She said okay. And didn't do anything. Didn't even take the test of the chicken of the line out front. (Pics of my pink chicken also included.) I reported it to the health department cause that's just not acceptable."
