"I’m a new mom and new to the area. While I was unboxing, I realized I missed my appointment Tuesday and called immediately after realizing (1 hr after apt). I had never missed an appointment in my life, but with being a new mom and moving it slipped. I called 3 times that day and left a voicemail. My calls were not returned or answered. I called Wednesday twice, my calls and voicemails were not returned or answered, same thing Thursday. Monday I tried a couple more times and finally got someone on the phone that told me I was now unable to see Dr. Cryer and Dr Easton for missing my apt. They didn’t send a reminder, they didn’t ask why I missed, just instantly blacklisted me from the whole practice. I was scheduled to see Dr. Cryer."
"Dr. Cryer was amazing! It had been more than 5 years since I had a annual well women's exam and was super nervous. As a plus size women we are often overlooked because of our weight. Dr. Cryer was super attentive, listened to my concerns, and was very thorough and compassionate. Loved her and will def be keeping her as my OBGYN!"
