"We have ordered from this location several times, and the food is always wonderful. However, the only real issue I've had is when we order extra sauce cups for delivery, we don't always get it. We have been reimbursed, but we go to pick up our food now"
"My pizza was late and cold. Cold to the point that the cheese had solidified. I ordered through the website, but my order was delivered through Doordash. When I called to voice my concern, I was told they had to use Doordash because they don't have a delivery driver. Seriously??? It's Friday night!! I would have given one star, had she not told me she'd cancel my payment. If staffing is an issue, they must not be too concerned since there's not even a "Now Hiring" box topper on the box."
"This is our new go-to pizza place. We've been ordering from them couple of times because of the taste and their great customer service except last night. We asked for cheese and pepper packets when we picked up the order but the lady who helped us had an attitude, replied with a disrespectful tone of voice saying "we don't have it" and went straight to the back. We're not causing a scene and she could've replied nicely but NO. Such a nice way to treat a customer. What a bummer."
"The thin crust pepperoni is some of the best pizza I have found in Salt Lake City, having only been here a year and a 1/2. I came in on a Friday night and they were very busy and working very hard to please the customers. Best quality take out pizza."
