"hate to leave bad reviews but we had an unpleasant experience at this location today. my mom and I came in for coffee and some snacks and we waited for 10 minutes inside and no one came out to help us. there was other customers in the store waiting as well.. one guy was yelling “hello” to try and get someone’s attention from the back and still no one came to take our orders. not sure what was going on but very unfortunate!!"

"I ordered an Iced White Mocha with coconut and caramel. This is the pitiful drink I paid over $6 for instead. It looks and tastes like chocolate milk with caramel drizzle and 3 ice cubes. When I expressed a concern with the guy at the window, he took the drink back and said it would be a couple mins. 1 min later I was handed the exact same drink with no explanation. I guess I’m going somewhere else and dumping this $6 down the sink. I would love to support a coffee shop in Bluffdale, but this isn’t an infrequent experience at this location."

"$5.85 before tax for a medium iced mocha. My cup was not full. The guy at the ordering menu in the drive thru aid “we’ll have your total at the window.” I pull up to the window. I’m presented with a credit card device on the end of a stick. “It has tap if you want to tap.” Says the girl holding it. Because she’s not holding the machine super still, I accidentally hit the $2 tip button. She pulled the machine back in, hands me my drink “ here’s that” and shuts the window. The drink? Tastes like chocolate milk. I think they forgot the espresso"
