"Who knew that there was an Artic Circle this NICE! It is a NEW location that will surprise you on how Nice it is! It is so modern! And it is pretty busy! The food is usually subpar but the ice cream always lives up. It's really consistent on flavoring but the quality of ice cream may not be the best! We still thought it hit the spot even though thus is not a premium food place!"
