"On Tuesday night March 5th I was delivering orders and picking up food for a customer. When coming to this location i requested the order at the window and pulled around to pick it up. Doing so there was a miscommunication with an item that was unavailable. I explained that I would handle it and to just give me the food for the customer. A (woman) employee then began to insult me in Spanish and English and completely degraded me. I wanted to handle the situation nicely but it took me coming around the drive though again to get the order. I was treated very unfairly and I think some manners need to be taught at this location. The customer I ended up delivering the food too was great full because two other delivery drivers were unable to pick her order. So she ended up waiting more then 2 hours. I believe the same thing happened to them but it is only speculation. Please do better."

"Christian and Luis literally make my day every single day. I could literally be having the worst day or be frustrated about something and every time I go there I have the biggest smile when I leave the drive thru. Just them alone gives me reason to want to come back. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with such respect at a store before. I highly recommend acknowledging their gifts with people. I wanted to write this review earlier, but my receipt blew out the window and could not remember the store number. So I made sure I made it a priority this time. If you want good food and to feel prioritized, seriously check out this Wendy’s. Not every day you get to experience people like them. 10,000 stars if I could. Period."

"The employees at the front didn’t care, didn’t have any sense of urgency to get the orders out, and half of the employees weren’t wearing gloves while handling the food, namely the guy using his bare hands to put chicken patties in the fryer and the lady doing the fries and nuggets, along with the employees up front who were putting the food in and out of bags, with their fingers in the fries. Terrible location. Don’t go here. They took 25 minutes to get me two burgers and some fries, and there were hardly any customers inside"

"Tried the new Ghost Pepper spicy chicken sandwich and it's my new favorite item on the menu there. The ghost pepper sauce is delish. If you like a little heat, I'd urge you to try it."

"I went through the drive thru the other day. After I placed my order they said pull around to the window but did not give me a total. When I got to the window the young man handed me my bottle of water and walked away from the window. When he came back he said “payment” I replied “how much?” He repeated “payment” so I said a little louder “how much”. “$11.00” he finally stated. I found this flat amount odd but handed him the money. He handed me the bags and said “do you want your change?” I looked at him and said “you said it was $11.00” he replied “oh I rounded up. I probably shouldn’t do that” “no you shouldn’t” I responded back. This is the first issue I have had at this location. They are fast and the food is consistent, fries are always hot and fresh. So we eat there when we need a quick bite. I am however a little put off by the dishonest employee."
