"My first time at any Zupas. The food was a master level meal. With the ease of fast food. The price point was perfect. A little more than fast food but worth every penny for the quality. The manager is a quality employee. I had an issue with a zupas drink. He promptly tested the drink in both the dining area and the drive through, removed both and made it fresh and replaced. Also, tested the new batch."

"I have nothing but nice things to say about this location! My wife and I were thrilled to have a Zupas open in our city. We've been 3-4 times since it has opened, and each time the staff has been so helpful and friendly. I'm a bit picky, so I ask for customizations to my order--and they are happy to explain things and get my order right. Seriously, everyone is so nice. This location is also very clean! Yes, it's new, but the staff has done great to keep the new feeling. I'm only now mentioning the food, but it has been great! Thanks to the great staff for making each visit a very pleasant experience!"

"Food is good but pretty tired of getting half-filled soups. small soup on DoorDash costs little over $7 and they are only filling the cup halfway?? This has happened more times than not . Please start filling the cups up or cut the prices in half. Thank you."
