"this dairy queen sucks. we checked online and called and it said the drive through closed at 11. we drove 30 minutes to this location just for them to say they were closed. mind you it was only 10:15 and refused to make us ice cream cones."

"The fries were cold and the blizzards my daughter and I got were melting and the whipped cream was all the way melted by the time we got them. The manager or supervisor looked and acted like she was in a bad mood when my daughter asked for fresh fries. She was also getting mad at the other employees who worked there. Definitely not going back to this location."

"This store never puts lids on there ice cream which can be a real problem when going through the drive through. I just got home with my children strip meal and had no gravy for dipping. I don't usually do reviews but am quite frustrated with this store. In the future I will be going to the one in Kaysville. They are much better at getting things right."

"Unfortunately, this is not a great establishment. There were 3 maybe 4 cars ahead of me. I was in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes. As we were waiting, we watched an employee take garbage out. It appeared instead of helping customers at the drive thru, they were more focused on getting out of work and they were cleaning for close. My order arrived, almost $40 for 5 items, there was ice cream all over the outside of the cups and no napkins. I waited at the window to ask for napkins and he just waved me away. He didn’t give them to me one at a time reviewing what items he was giving. He handed me a drink carrier with the ice cream stacked together. There was ice cream everywhere. It was an absolute mess. After all was said and done, only 2 of the 5 items were correct. It was really disappointing."

"I live down the road, but I’ve actually never been to this Dairy Queen before. Our family was about to watch the season finale of The Mandalorian and we wanted a fun treat to celebrate with. We decided to get everyone a blizzard from DQ. Ordering online was really easy. After paying, they said to pick up my order at a specific time. We had to stop and get get, so we were a tad late, but that worked out because the blizzards weren’t ready yet. It seemed like everyone else had the same idea. We hung out in the lobby and drooled over their cakes while waiting. I think I definitely want to buy one of their cakes in the near future. I’ve never had an ice cream cake from DQ, but they look amazing. Our order was only a few minutes late, which was completely understandable. They however didn’t tip the blizzard upside down before handing them to us…and I think it’s because they would have dripped. They were a little on the melty side, but still delicious. Most of us ordered the OREO Brookie Blizzard and we loved it. It had soft chunks of cookie dough/brownie while also having pieces of firm Oreo. Very delicious! I think next time I’m going to try the puppy chow one! The ice cream was good and the employee we talked to was nice. We’ll stop by again."
