"Pizza was below average. Borderline 7/11 pizza, salad bar was small but decent, pasta is ok. I do not recommend going on a Saturday it gets incredibly busy, very small Buffet area very tight seating, as a matter of fact i believe it was the owner who almost got into a physical altercation with a family that joined two tables together next to our party. They run out of pizzas quite fast and don't have them back on the buffet line as fast as they are going off."

"I have visited many times now - mostly on a Saturday. I try and get there early for the fresh pizza and before the lunch rush. It does get busy and it tends to get a bit chaotic at times. I don’t know how often the pizza menu changes but it seems like they have the staples available with a rotating item. My suggestion would be to have more vegetarian options and check on how long the pizzas have been sitting out. Some of them get a little stale sitting in the heat for a long time. Dessert pizzas are delicious, salad bar is always fresh and we love the pasta options, especially the red pepper sauce! Price is fair considering it’s all you can eat. Staff seem to be clearing tables and plates regularly and cleaning after guests leave which is nice to see. Please open on Sundays, that would be a great place to go for lunch or dinner!"

"Repeat customer come here once a month, it’s a pizza buffet with that expectation. Today’s experience was very sad as the food was not to standard. I understand it’s hard to find good help but the management is not professional. If you’re in the food industry you should be able to take criticism as your customer is either gonna give you positive criticism or negative. Today James was not having a good day when he was informed his team wasn’t putting sauce on the pizzas or that the pasta taste of wash chemicals. Instead he shamed my wife and informed her chuckarama is better for buffet. Instead of handlers the matter as a leader and professional. And this video is the level of cool headed manner he conducted business with."

"113 July 2023 - 4 Stars First time at this brand (ever). I really liked the salad and pasta bars. The dessert bar was also good, but at times, it was not stocked well. In our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8), all the kids and two adults really enjoyed the pizza. These six are locals and come here often. My wife thought the pizza was okay -to- good. I did not like the pizza at all. My wife and I each tried a variety of pizzas. Some she enjoyed more than others. For me, it was the sauce and crust that turned me off. It is a typical high volume (inexpensive) sauce/crust you can get at any discount pizza place. I do have pretty high pizza standards, given I worked in this industry from age 11 - 50, including a time as the operations manager for a pizza chain. I note this solely to point out a majority of our group (7 of 8) would come back again. I could be the problem one. On a side note, while appearing very busy and numerous staff working tonight, I saw long periods - with dirty dishes piling up on the table while the customers are eating. This is not appealing to me personally. My son tells me they often have to stack the dirty dishes around the table when they come here as they do not clear things from the table until you get up and leave. For example, a large group left, and they came in to clear things off. The employee and his cart were next to our table. At the end of our table (stacked very high) were plates, etc from 8 people who had finished eating salad, pasta, and pizza. We were getting ready to have dessert. The staff member, after clearing the table of the party that left, looked at us and the pile and started waking away. We had to ask him to take our stack of plates. He almost looked confused."

"Pizza Pie Cafe has some pretty good food. The pasta bar has a nice selection of noodles which they portion out for you and warm up in boiling water. There’s a nice selection of sauces as well. The salad bar is basic but has the essentials along with peaches and mandarin oranges. Unfortunately the pizza could be improved. There is a really good selection of pizzas including some specialties like Mac & Cheese pizza and taco pizza. Problem is 80% of them are over done. The cheese pizza was dry and and too brown even though nobody had taken a slice yet so it couldn’t have been under the heat lamps for very long. Also some of the pizzas are behind others and as people were reaching back to get a slice, their arm or sleeve was getting into the pizza in front. the dessert pizzas were great, Oreo, sugar cookie, and cinnamon stix were delicious. They carry Pepsi products but an odd thing was they had Pepsi Zero instead of Diet Pepsi. Overall a good place for families as there’s something for everyone, as long as you don’t mind some of your pizza dry and overcooked."
