"Me and my husband went to the drive thru, we were the only car in line, when we first got there an automated voice came on, then we waited for someone to take our order we waited at least 10 minutes, in the meantime another car pulled up behind us, after not getting a response it made me wonder if the store wasn't open so my husband said lets go somewhere else, before we I decided to pull up to the window to see if anyone was there, as I pulled up there were 2 workers inside, one them just putting on her headset to take orders and the other worker was standing by her they were talking and laughing, they saw me when I pulled neither one t of them acknowledged that I had pulled up to the window. So we left and went to Arby's and got s fish sandwich, which we had planned to get at BK. If that's how they treat their customers, I won't go there ever again."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience tonight. I sat at the counter and waited for them to take my order for 10 min. Just when I was about to leave someone finally came and got my order. While waiting for my food one of the employees started yelling and screaming at the other employees. I understand they were stressed and understaffed but it could have been handled a lot better. It ruined the atmosphere and made everyone very uncomfortable. A few other customers left without ordering."

"This was probably the worst bk I have ever been to. The drinks were flat, no ice in the machine even after i asked for ice the lady never filled it, I had ordered a double whopper with cheese and got a single there was more bun than meat and the person making the burger didn't even put really any sauce on burger and had wilted brownish lettuce. The fries were old and not fresh and had been cooked with fish, and oil was obviously bad and needed to be changed. Hopefully this review will help get some changes because I love Bk."

"What has happened? We ordered at the drive through and a very irritated employee takes our order as if we interrupted him from whatever. After each item order the response was is that all? We ordered 3 items not many at all. We get up to the drive through window it dirty as can be. Our food comes out and it’s cold, I mean like fresh out of the fridge tortilla my burrito was wrapped in. We felt the hash brown and French toast sticks were cold so I politely asked if these items are available served hot at all? Employee responded he would make fresh and asked us to pull forward, very nice I thought… I opened up my burrito and gosh it’s looking pretty gross. Got the 2 items the employee said he’d make fresh back it was rewarded up and worse like rubber now. It’s very sad, this was the 2nd location we had stopped at because the first location the employees were too busy when we went inside the lobby to order where no customer was present and employees were smoking inside the back area. We understand it’s cold but please remember no smoking inside and please provide training for customer service at both these locations or reach out to me I’m happy to help I did take a photo of my burrito but no option to post here"

"The lobby was clean, the restrooms were clean as well. The food was really good. There was a glitch with our order but they took care of it. The staff was friendly and helpful."
