"Went in one afternoon to get an apple cinnamon bagel (which are awesome) and felt totally ignored by the staff. They were only two other cars in the parking lot and inside it wasn't busy. Stood there for (no exaggeration) 5 to 6 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Then was given no direction after placing my order. Go for the apple cinnamon bagels and not the service"
"This facility is set-up nicely. They no longer offer various HOT coffee options (mocha, vanilla, etc), or sodas. They do have brewed coffee (not very good) with creme and sugar. The operating hours are 6am-2pm, lots of parking and not to hard to find/get to."
"Food is good. That day, service and the girl who was at the cash register was rude and not very friendly at all. I think she hates her job. Not a smile from any employee that saw working. Dreadful working atmosphere. Glad I don't work there. I doubt I will be back."
"I’ve ordered her multiple times and the food is never ready in the time window given. This last order I decided to try the curbside pickup option, never again. They don’t bring your food out to you. Called the store phone number a couple of times while I waited to try to get a status as the app gives no updates. Eventually had to walk in just to find my food waiting on a shelf with all of the walk in pick up orders. Receipt says curbside with car information, but they just handle them as a walk in order. Very disappointing and frustrating to wait for nothing."
"It's like a warehouse inside, with no tables and chairs. Their excuse is that their "business model" is for a takeout only restaurant. When we went, they were out of some of the items, the massive floor was dirty, and the built-in bench at the back was also dirty. The place was so cold inside that we could see our breath; it was warmer outside. I used to like this place. But now my family and I are never going back, even for takeout or delivery. If you can't get this basic business decision right, the food doesn't seem safe anymore."
