"This is a chicken place, right? 3rd visit I had to wait 15 minutes or for chicken, dinner time and no chicken. I wait for my chicken that I got home and the chicken is over cooked, the potatoes smell burned and the fact was just.. well...off. the person taking my order was rude asking so do you want the chicken or not. I was told to pull around the window the from where I waited 20 minutes for chicken. Then my food was shoved through the window as the workers says, "here's your chicken". I caught the chicken the sides landed in my lap. I had just paid 50.00 dollars for a chicken meal from a fast food restaurant that wasn't fast and was only barely food."
"Its understandable when they ask you to wait while they prep more food to fill your order. Family order of tenders and a sandwich. They repeat your order at the window and you have to tell them, "and a chicken sandwich", they ask you to wait around the corner, they bring out the order and you ask again and the response is yes, in the bag. Get home, no sandwich in the bag. One family member very upset. To far away to waste another trip, Not a cheap order, we dont visit often but the kids were very excited. Poor Experience."

"I went through the drive thru and the price was a little higher than I expected. I said I didn't need a receipt which was a huge mistake. I also didn't check my order until I got home. It wasn't my food. There was no one behind me though so I have no idea what happened. The only thing I could eat was the biscuit. Everything else makes me sick. I called the store and no one ever answered. I ordered 3 chicken tender meal with Mac and cheese. I got 2 orders of fries, 2 drumsticks and a thigh. I really wish I said I wanted the receipt. Lesson learned."
"Who doesn't love KFC, it's a classic we've all grown up on, but sometimes recipes change and it's easy to loose interest. They discontinued the popcorn chicken, and replaced it with chicken nuggets. The nuggets are great and very juicy, however when ordering a famous bowl they use the nuggets. The enjoyment we got out of the famous bowl was the crunch of popcorn chicken. It's not the same and now that particular craving will not be satisfied. It's a big bummer. And on today's order our Gravy was so watered-down it had no flavor."
