"This place has a really bad tendency to forget stuff. If it wasn't so close to my house I would go to another one. If you don't watch them to make sure they are doing their job correctly you'll forget stuff. This location does not care. They play around alot and don't pay attention or listen to the customers."
"Paid for delivery, missing item. After multiple calls to the store finally got someone to answer. The only option given was to come in and pick it up.. This was after paying and tipping for delivery to fix their mistake. Asked if they could deliver, I was put on eternal hold after being told they would have to check with their manager. Hung up after 10 minutes.. This location needs to do better."
"My husband stood in line for 25 minutes to bring home some of THE HOTTEST FOOD it's inedible. I don't know who is managing the over-zealous line chef who is dropping fire bombs into all the food tonight. This is ridiculous - I pulled NINE peppers from my one serving of Kung Pao chicken. There are more pieces of hot peppers than pieces of chicken in my order. Can't eat it. Very disappointed."
"I would give zero stars if I could. We came to eat to find a sign at the door stating the lobby was closed, but there were people eating in the lobby at the time. We pulled through the drive through instead since it was our only option only to be refused service because they wouldn't accommodate the three orders we needed to place. I understand that that's a rule that exists for when it's busy, but we were the only car in the line. Refusing to give us our three orders because they decided out of the blue to close the lobby is absurd, especially given that it would have been no different on their end had we gotten three orders at the same time or if we had circled through the drive through a second time as was clearly expected. We also asked if we could go into the lobby purely for ordering and then eat outside since there were already people eating inside and they refused. The employee was extremely rude about it and offered no solutions to a clearly absurd and self made problem. We chose to take our business elsewhere and will never be coming back."
