"Came first thing in the morning, excited to get some fresh steak. Unfortunately they only had reheated steak from the night before. I don’t know if the standards have changed, or if this location is lacking management. It was also pretty dirty with full trash cans from the night before. Carnitas saved the day and my burrito was pretty good. Friendly workers too, but they seem burnt out."
"It doesn’t give me an option to choose drive through for online pick up instead of going in on the website, and I don’t appreciate the attitude of the lady at the window acting like it’s a hassle to grab the bag off the shelf next to her. You should fix that….. Also - these chips and barely a scoop of rice? Ridiculous"
"Not reading the “extra portions” for protein. Definitely shorted. I will go in next time and not trust the drive lane. Correction: the company immediately sent an email with directions on how to amend the error on their end. All through chat bot but very easy, make sure you have your receipt."
"Paid over $16 for a steak/chicken burrito bowl,, This is my second experience on this Chipotle Location , Starting from poor quality attitude service,, As if interrupting there social conversations Oops sorry for my inconvenience upon my order information.. again I had to request extra rice due to there lack of portions ( mind you) there going to charge you over $16 dollars.. forget it they don't care! hence, this Is my second experience at this location! It's definitely not worth paying $16 bucks Plus poor attitude service. TIPS?? NO WAY! TIP! truth be told stay away from this Chipotle Location!!"
"I want to give this place a better review, but they're doing chipotle dirty. Manager doesn't want to give enough portion sizes and skimps on every little thing. Literally had to ask for extra of everything. I wouldn't mind but I'm not paying 12 bucks for a little tiny serving of chicken. He acted like I was crazy for asking for more but if you go to any other Chipotle, the portion sizes are much more reasonable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and do what every other Chipotle does and be generous. But you guys lost yourself a regular. I'll drive the extra distance to a different one. Also... start cooking your fajitas a little longer. They're basically raw."
