"Kiosk is annoying due to employees not paying attention to front. Order specifically stated light salt on fries as I decided to place an "Eat In" order... My order sat on top of open sauce boxes. Fries are over cooked hard as rocks and looks like snow but salt on the fries."
"Service was terrible, I tried to order online and it erased my order. I spoke to the manger and she mumbled in Spanish and said nothing she could do. I refuse to eat there and will go elsewhere. You keep letting me down, someday I hope you'll feel the irritation you cause customers and will have to try harder to win back customers like me"
"Worse McDonald’s with its speed. Even when I order in advance over the mobile app, I still have to wait an additional 15 minutes every time. Food is never ready when I pull up every single time. Pointless ordering ahead of time in this location"
"Compared to most McDonald's I go to, this one was on top of its game. Granted, I've only been there once. But the food was hot and the order was correct. Employees were friendly, happy and helpful. And I went there during the lunch rush, a little after noon on a weekday. It was busy, to say the least. The one near my house, I really can't compare it to this one."
"While McDonald's is popular and has decent food, their service could be better. Anywhere you go, anywhere you wait the normal time for your food from start to finish is about 5 to 8 minutes, at McDonald's it's 15+ minutes, by the time you order and get to the window for your food they now park you as well. After waiting that long awaited time frame, you get to your destination just to find out they screwed up the order. I don't understand why things have become a nightmare with McDonald's, it never used to be this way. We have tried doing surveys to catch their attention but things never get better so you go inside and complain and your met with overprotective employees that are not good with feedback so that than becomes a nightmare. So I only go to McDonald's once or a twice a month now, because I absolutely hate dealing with them, I am one to always give them the benefit of the doubt and I'll try them again but nope it's constantly the same thing just a different day. When are you going to do better McDonald's!!!!"
