"Pizza was made and cut really well. Due to an ordering error on my part, my order was not as expected. Colton, the manager, made it right anyway, by making me a new pizza himself, even though he was about to leave for the night. Excellent customer service!"

"First order was so burnt it looks like it shattered. When we called to report the problem they already knew it was the thin crust that was the problem. They were reasonably accommodating (which is why this is not one star). But the second delivery driver was aggressive. They hit our door so hard the walls rattled like they were trying to kick it down, and the peeled out of the neighborhood at high speeds during inclement weather. Completely unnecessary behavior when the store was at fault."

"Our original order was burnt to a crisp, so burnt that it had shattered into dozens of pieces during delivery. We called and they at least tried to correct it (otherwise this would be zero stars), but the second delivery driver was extremely rude. They banged on the door like they were trying to kick it down, then peeled out of the neighborhood at unsafe speed in incliment weather. Absolutely unnecessary when the store was at fault."

"Delivery tends to be fast since they don’t contract out with door dash or Uber eats. Ingredients simple and tasty. Colton customer service is excellent. They have pretty good deals so look out for their coupons. My favourite is their lava chocolate cakes."

"They are not doing quality pizza anymore, the last couple times we had issues. Now our order today was wrong and both pizzas were burned in the edge. The main reason is that they did not change the time for our thin crust. I knew it that I shouldn't be lazy and just go to Limones pizza at the district. :("
