Wendy's

"This has to be the worst service of any Wendy’s in Utah. I don’t know who management is, but I’ve never had a good experience at this Wendy’s. The food is obviously good which is why we come back occasionally, but the employees have zero sense of urgency, they often giggle and chat in the kitchen while the food sits and gets cold. You have a better chance of getting the wrong order than the right one. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews but the service here is that bad and I’d love to see it get better because my kids love the food. Please make changes."

"I have never had a good experience with this location, ever. Tonight was the last night I WILL EVER go to this location. When I tell you I WAITED 35 MINUTES FOR A FREAKING POTATO I AM NOT JOKING. And thats the short version of what I put up with tonight. Previous times they effed up my order, and the time before this one they kept giving me nasty sodas that tasted bad when I was asking for a replacement. I finally had to ask for my money back. Realistically, I should have tonight too. They really should just bulldoze this Wendy's and put something else here. Literally anything else. Because I can't imagine how they're making any money off of that trash of a restaurant and the incompetent employees."

"If you're a Wendy's fan, this location has a cozy and rather spacious interior. The employee who took my order was friendly, and my food was ready quickly. The restaurant was clean a well maintained. The fries were pretty good. I, however, am not a Wendy's fan. The burger I got, the Dave's double, was a little bland. It wasn't bad, just nothing I would recommend to someone else. They also took a while to get to the counter to take my order. Not a bad experience overall, but this isn't somewhere I'll be going unless it is with someone else who does want to. Even then, I'd recommend several other places before this one."

"Every time we go to this location they mess something... it seems like we forget this every time because we go back. It is the closest to us and my kid wanted Wendy's. I did the mobile app curbside order and waited 30 minutes, finally went through the drive through and they tell me it had been ready for a while. I pull around to check if they got it right, 8 out of 10 times something is messed up. The food was cold... I go back through the drive through and tell the lady it is cold and she tell me they made it when I got there. YES!!!! which was sitting now for over half an hour and is cold. She fought with me about it until I showed her the time stamp on the receipt. She got mad took it and said "I'll make it again, just go park" we waited another 15 minutes and she was very rude. I know working in fast food is not an easy task, but when it is a mistake made on their end, they need to own up and not get mad at the customer. So freaking frustrated."

"Took 13 min for them to take our order with just one car in front of us and no cars in front of them. Got order wrong forgot to give me my chilli but didn't forget to add the hot chili packets in the bag. Cold and half empty fries and bad service it will be a really long time before I come back, very disappointed."
