McDonald's

"The amount of times I've gotten cold burgers and soggy unsalted fries is incredible. It seems to be only this location, which sucks because its the closest one. 1/10 times I get my food at the window, even ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and didn't get it until I pulled around the corner."

"We go here often. It's McDonald's. I don't expect a lot. But I am legitimately trying to understand why the mayo never made it on the sandwich."

"Order was missing items and I sat waiting at the window for them to open so I could tell them…only to receive half the item. My large fry looked like this (see pic), and my kiddo who ordered extra fries instead of apples received half as well. The sad thing, and what provoked my review, was the manager standing there checking and sending out half filled orders…wow."

"Ate here 6/2/23. This is a picture of a paper wrapper, which I'm assuming divides all of the burger patties when frozen. I ordered two burgers, both had these paper wrappers cooked into the burger, and then all of the condiments assembled around them. I got to take a nice big bite of that. This means they fried the cheese on top of this paper wrapper, and didn't even cook one side of the burger. Awesome. Side note, asked for sauces at the drive through and the cashier said "of course, ill put them in the bag". They made us pull around and wait, and obviously no sauces were in the bag. I didn't make a big deal about it or ask because I didn't want to inconvenience them, but it's not just the quality here that is bad."

"No towels in the bathroom. No root beer. Table service in bags rather than trays. Inconsistent soda /syrup ratios. Nuggets taste like burnt oil after 9pm. Consistently unable too get condiments inside the burger. The one thing making it all worth it, in the past, was the ketchup dispenser. I love being able to dip fresh fries into a cup of ketchup and savor them without hassle. For me, a consistently working and clean ketchup dispenser overwhelms any problems a McDonald's may have, and warrants a high star review. But today, after ordering meals for my family, we were told that we would have to rip open little packets of ketchup with our greasy hands, and try squeezing them onto each fry. Apparently, it was cutting into the owner's profit margin to maintain a dispenser for ketchup; much cheaper to make my kids deal with slippery, hard to open, little sacks of condiments that tend to spray out in odd directions to coat little hands and clothing. The owners have every right to take that away from us, but it was the only thing making me think they actually cared about their customers despite all the neglect."
