"At this point, this is the only Taco Bell I visit in the county. The management is superior. The location is kept tidy, with regular attention to it throughout the day. Beyond that, the food is consistently excellent. My order is always correct, even when I make strange alterations. The food is fresh and cleanly prepared. On top of all that, it's Taco Bell and so you leave with a Baja Blast. Excellent."

"I wish I could give 0 stars! The customer experience I had tonight was anything but good. JAVIER IS THE ONLY GOOD PERSON WE ENCOUNTERED AT THIS STORE TONIGHT. He was kind, thoughtful, and wanted to help! CODY the manager on the other hand was anything but, we sat in the line for 30 mins (not anyones fault, not a huge deal), get some of our food and stop to check it before we leave the parking lot and we are missing some of our tacos (mistakes happen.) we call the store because the lobby is closed and the line is backed up again, and just asked if they could run the tacos outside and Cody very rudely explained that we can sit in line. He lacks customer service and empathy. If I treated my customers the same way he did, I wouldn’t have a job. He wouldn’t even come to the window to give us the refund himself. Food was cold. Service was terrible. THANK YOU JAVIER."
"I thought I could get some quick hard shell tacos. There is only one Kiosk and I waited till the girl ahead of me ordered and the counter employee had to help her order. I got on the touch screen and clicked on hard shell tacos but it gives you several options so I asked the counter employee if he could take my order and he said no but he could walk me through it. I then walked to Carl’s Juniors and the employee took my ordered quickly. I may try it again later although Taco Bell may want to more flexible and take orders at the Kiosks and the counter like other fast food locations."
