Buffalo Wild Wings

"I love bdubs but this experience is very irritating. I’ve order take out from the West Valley location twice and my wings have come out so hard and dry. To box this up and send it off with a paying customer is very upsetting. I order 10 boneless with Parmesan Garlic sauce and got dried up boneless wings."

"Not a fan AT ALL of order from QR code. We had 13 people with 4 different checks, all our food came out randomly so we all ate at different times. 3 of us got the same burger and all 3 had different issues with what was supposed to be on the burger. The one bright spot was our waitress, I certainly hope she doesnt get blamed and lose tips from all the confusion in only being able to order with your phone. We will not be returning. Our bill was $149 and change."

"I ordered 20 traditional wings with 3 different sauces using BWW app. When I got home, there wasn't any sauce in the bag as I requested to put the sauces on a side. The wings were also super dry and overcooked. I tried to call the store so many times but no one picked up the phone. I ended up threw them away. they were too dry to recook. Last time they messed up my sauces by mixing sauces which I didn't request. That's why I had to request to put the sauce on the side this time."

"The burger I got was outstanding but the wings for the entire table were overcooked (dry and hard). The table service was less than lacking. Waited a half hour for a drink and just as long for refills. The server seemed like they were actively avoiding tables. And the music was load enough we couldn't even talk to each other at our own table. Have had good experiences in the past but seems the establishment is losing its appeal."

"Food is always amazing here, but the service we had was terrible. We arrived and were seated at 4:58pm. The lady who sat us said that the waiters were not here yet and should arrive by 5. No big deal, but kinda weird that there were zero waiters at dinnertime when the establishment opens at 11am. I figured it was slow (only 3 other tables were seated) so it was fine. But once the waiters trickled in, it took 20 minutes and us asking someone for our waiter to talk to us. He was disgruntled and angry, saying he was late, management here sucked, and that he was having a lousy weekend. Oof. Not professional, but we did our best to make ordering our food an easy for him. Not even one minute after he left, another waiter came and said that SHE would actually be our waiter. Um, okay? Sure. Appetizers came and all was well, until 40 minutes passed and other tables (that came after us) were leaving! We hadn't gotten our food yet! We asked and the waiter told us it was coming. "So sorry." After already being there an hour (with no refill), we were getting frustrated. Finally the food came and it was amazing. Never disappoints. But the icing on the cake was when we flagged our waiter down for refills (finally) and let her know it was my birthday. We've come before for birthdays and always loved the little chocolate cake and scoop of ice cream. But this time she flatly said, "sorry, we don't do birthdays." and left. We were done. Left a measly tip for the food and left. Not a great experience."
