"ABSOLUTE TRASH! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My family and I waited almost an hour for our food (which is fine because I knew it’d be a wait). While sitting down, we witnessed how multiple people, who came in AFTER us, got their orders before us. These same people didn’t have phone orders OR mobile orders."

"The food is good but the service and atmosphere is terrible. I was waiting in line waiting for the cashier as she was helping get pick up orders out and helping back in the kitchen which is fine I don’t mind waiting. They’re clearly busy. One of the cooks in the back yells all the way from the back “are you trying to place an order” I obviously answer yes because I’m literally in line to order… & she yells back, “ well it’s going to be a 30 min wait” in a very passive aggressive tone. It’s so obvious she’s telling me that to get me to leave. At that point I’m like damn, Buffalo would never do me like this Lmao. On top of that the cleanliness of this place is so bad. The soda machine is disgustingly dirty, the tables and chairs are dirty and sticky, they’ve got inventory out by the dinning tables. You can tell it doesn’t get cleaned in here as much as it should be. It’s smells disgusting."

"Placed an order through Door Dash. Didn't get what I ordered at first. Everything was wrong. Hot had no heat or flavor, nor did mild. I called Wing Stop and spoke with a really nice lady. My order was remade with no issues. 5 stars for customer service. I work in the industry and I know how difficult some people can be. I know how stress it can be when someone calls to complain. Those calls are rarely kind. Thank you so much for such great service."

"I love their wings! A little pricey but worth the cost over BWW. The lemon pepper wings are my favorite. The mango habanero could have some more flavor but nonetheless still worth the price. Lots of options for sides. Their Cajun corn is a good side but nothing beats their voodoo fries."
