"Food is so so but not terrible; fast food is not the healthiest, it is what it is; like the sausage egg McMuffin over Wendy's; one plus for organic apple juice being provided; great customer service at this particular McDonald but that's normally a rarity at most McDonalds; I will visit this McDonald more than other McDonalds."
"Service at McDonald's in the Lobby is now almost extinct. They are moving towards mobile orders and finding someone to help is very difficult. Everyone knows what to expect when ordering McDonald's food and they are always very consistent with what is put in the bag. The employees are hit and miss when it comes to service at the window but this is how every McDonald's on the planet is."
"Seems like they got a whole new staff, no one knows what they are doing there. The last two times we’ve gone we have done on online through the drive thru. First time it seemed like they didn’t even know what an online was. Second time it took them forever to even figure out we had an online when we said it at the drive through thing before even pulling up to a window and then we got told they were waiting on 2 hashbrowns and then they proceeded to come out with our food and no hashbrowns."
"I had to wait for my food. It was 12:30 so figured not a big deal. The food was freaking cold. Why did I have to wait. Pretty sure they spit in it too."
"Wow I was treated poorly by the order taker and by the person who called my number. It's interesting how filthy this place is as well. I see them laughing and joking with each other but it is not busy what's so ever. The girl who handed me the order was extremely annoyed because I asked for a tray when she walked away without greeting me or anything. Def the attitude is thick here with negative staff!"
