"The breakfast was hard as a rock. Clearly they don’t make fresh anything here. The dude couldnt understand anything and messed our order up multiple times. We had to ask multiple times for ketchup too. The Hispanic guy with the greased over hair was so high he couldn’t understand us. They gave us attitude when we asked for hot sauce. This is unacceptable the whole crew should be fired immediately. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never eat here again I recommend to not go to this McDonald’s."

"Never got my food. Ordered online. Went to store. All doors locked and no one interested in giving me my order. If I wanted to use the drive thru I would have ordered there instead of on app"

"The first employee couldn't take our order because they didn't know the menu. They asked if we wanted cheese on our breakfast sandwich, we said sure. We thought it came with it. They charged us extra for it but in the end!!! At the end, we waited another 3-4 min to get our food because the 2nd employee had to flirt with the gentleman in front of us after giving him his food. Thanks McDonald's 21st street!!!!!!!!!!!!"

He is self motivated and puts so much effort in keeping the restaurant clean and still taking care of the register.! This review is well deserved for ben ! He needs a raise!"

"I have gone there almost every night after work. And the night crew is insanely dumb. I order 4 hot and spicys with no lettuce add sliverd onions and every time there is lettuce and no onions like come on guys how hard is my order really. They even forgot to give me a straw for my drink. Very very upsetting"
