Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru

"I’ve only been here once but the smoothies we got were really good (raspberry rush and pina colada). The smoothies were all the way to the top, touching the lid so I feel like I got the maximum my cup could hold. Their customer service was good too. Very friendly, having a smile on her face. And as we sat looking at the menu in the drive thru, she was patient and didn’t sound irritated with the length of time that we took looking over the menu. It was nice to not feel rushed. The only downside, which really isn’t that big of a deal to me, is that we struggled to get my truck through the drive thru due to it being so small and turns were sharp. My tuck is just average length and I took the turns as wide as possible but I still had to put it in reverse and reposition before proceeding so I wouldn’t clip the building on the left side or hit the bollard on the right side. I have a Tundra regular cab with a 6.5’ bed. If you have a truck with an extended cab and a long bed, I would recommend avoiding going through the drive thru. I don’t know this for sure but it didn’t seem like they had an inside where you could place your order. They may have had a window you could walk up to, to place your order but it was raining and it didn’t seem obvious where to walk up to, to place your order."

"I love getting their drinks. And this time instead of getting my drinks they ended up all on the ground from the drink carrier not being able to hold 2 32oz drinks. This is the worst. I could not even try something I have heard so much about and for paying a high price for a drink like that just to have the drink carrier break as I was getting it in to the car. Something needs to get fixed."

"I have ordered the Açai bowl here several time and I loved it. This last time I went, I was given a very narrow deep bowl with not much fruit it did still taste good but the reason I order the 24oz bowl is cause the top with the fruit and granola I did attach the pic of this 24 ounce bowl. I hope they were just out of bowls and not just doing to save money or something cause the bowl was $14.61 I just feel displeased."

"I put an order on door dash for Jamba ... They cancelled my entire order cause they couldn't make everything, vs refunding me and completing what they could of the order, like we discussed on the phone. When I was told they cancelled it, I basically cried.... I've been up all night, sick af from some Wendy's chili (DON'T EVER EAT THE CHILI, EVEN IF THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP AND IT'S LATE AT NIGHT AND YOU HUNGRY AF, DO NOT EAT IT!!!) After being sick all night, and only able to hold down a little water, I decided I needed to get some nutrients in me. Jamba is usually my go to, a smoothy and a juice shot are great when you feel like this. I was beyond grateful when I saw Roxberry was an option. The reviews are great, the prices are great, and the selection they offer is unparallel. They legit had a couple specific options for my current sick situation. It got here, it's so good, tastes so fresh, I am truly grateful! You guys had no idea when you were preparing my order that this was literally going to save my life tonight and hopefully have me feeling better for work tomorrow! Thank you guys so much, thank you for being open this late, thank you thank you thank you! You have a new customer for life!!!!"

"Have never met more friendly staff! The lady was super patient with me! And they were super helpful! I ordered a flu fighter smoothie with a scoop of whey protein and it was amazing! Not to mention they had my smoothie out to me in less than 10 minutes! Never had a better experience!!"
