"Best customer service I have ever had from a coffee shop. They messed up on my mom's order and could not fix (she ordered and paid for turkey panni only to find they were out of turkey) so they comped her a free drink. Being that we had been talking about how we were from out of town they could have just refunded her money and we would have beenon our way. But they went out of the way to make her feel like a valuable customer. Will recommend to everyone I know in the area ortraveling to/through. Will definatelycome here again next time I am in town. My Chai was excellent and our drinks were great."

"I absolutely love buzz brew’s coffee, and I get along and have pleasant convos with employees, but every time one employee rings me up my total is $2-3 more than usual. I like to tip sometimes, as I enjoy the coffee. But this employee never asks if I want to tip and adds it anyway. I am a college student and don’t have a lot of money as it is. This is very upsetting because I tip when I can, and this employee forces me to tip more than I am able and doesn’t even have the decency to ask or tell me. It feels like stealing, and as someone that works at a job with tips, I would never do this to a customer."

"First time here! Cozy and comfortable. Love the industrial type tables. I had a bacon breakfast panini that was just enough to get my morning started off right. They have a dairy and gluten free bread option as well. I will be back to try other sandwiches and it’s right across from Maverik which I am at all the time anyway. We met the owner, a very nice lady. Highly recommend."
