"Ordered food. The gentleman at with window read me my order back everything I ordered was there. But when I got my food two of the three sandwiches were hard and I was missing the most expensive purchases. Never gave me a recit but I can show the transaction on my bank account and refused to give me my food ordered. Straight robery"

"If I could put zero ratings I would. I ordered a family pack online 2 occ, 2 whoppers and 2 8 pc chicken nuggets. A small fry and a small onion rings. My whoppers came with no tomatoes NOT BY REQUEST and if they didn’t have any I should’ve been made aware. Both orders of chicken nuggets were hard and over cooked My fry’s what fry’s there were only about 10 fries My onion rings only has maybe 6 onion rings in the container. I’ve tried calling several times the number on the receipt is incorrect and hangs up on me. I googled the restaurant and the same number is listed. The team members were all over the place and didn’t seem to have it together I should’ve checked my order, but after a long day at work I just wanted to get home.. I’m hoping I can get ahold of the manager in the morning and get something done about this horrible dinner I feed my family this evening."

"I ordered 2 whopper meals and a double croissant sausage sandwich, I drove from Burger king to the bridge by I 15 (less than 5 minute drive) food was beyond cold!! I open the food and got a nasty spicy chicken instead of a croissant! Like how?! Called to get the order fixed and manager refused because “they were no longer serving breakfast”. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back to this location. Any other manager would have fixed this!! (And yes I was charged for the croissant, not a spicy chicken)"

"Terrible service! The lady working the drive thru was rude and had zero customer service skills! My wife and I got the Royal crispy chicken sandwich and both were completely wrong! The sandwiches had about 2 lbs of mayo, no tomato, brown lettuce, and mine had no bacon. We also asked a simple question about our order and she acted super annoyed and had a terrible smirky laugh to go along with her bad attitude."
