"I came to the drive-through at 12:15 and put in an order for two bagel sandwiches and one avocado toast. Instead of telling me that they didn’t actually have any of the bagels that go with my order ready they had me sitting at the drive-through window. About 15 minutes after I’ve been sitting there and they can tell I’m getting agitated they tell me that they’re just waiting for my bagels to be cooked. I told them they could just put my sandwiches on a different bagel so I didn’t have to wait so long but they didn’t have any savory bagels ready in the store at all. When I asked about this, they said that they stopped making bagels except to order once it gets late. I was still more than an hour and a half before closing and I had to wait almost 20 minutes at the drive-through. Not happy! Then I got my avocado toast bagel, which wasn’t toasted and the avocado was so cold!"

"We were so excited to have an Einstein close but this place needs help. We've gone multiple times thinking it was just a busy day for them, but they can't function. Susan is one the rudest people and has no idea what she's doing. She does the cash drawer and then gets people food from the display, no gloves. That's while we watch her long nails sink into the pastries she bags for the customers. Gross you guys. She also doesn't even know what's on the menu. We asked for the "Cinnamon Bliss Roll" and she said, "I don't know what that is." Ya'll, here's a picture for you from your store. Online orders say they'll be ready in 20 minutes but it's usually over an hour and then orders aren't right, food is missing, bagels are hard, and some food is totally stale. We went on 09/23/23 in the morning. Susan was a jerk as usual. Marissa is the only nice person there. Not going back until it's changed. Susan may need to find a more suitable job for her personality. And maybe wear gloves when you prep food after handling money ;)"

"This is probably the worst Einstein around the valley. The service here has always been unfriendly and very lacking. I don’t know why we’ve come here several times, but we won’t be coming back again. More than once, we’ve received very stale bagels. They’ve also given us hazelnut coffee when we ordered regular coffee. This morning I asked them to go very light on the cream cheese for my bagel and they literally put it on X’s 2. Really annoying I’m having to scrape it off so I can share with my 4 year old. If this is a franchised location I would highly recommend to the owner that they either train their team better or hire new employees. And also make sure you are serving fresh food."

"I'm very happy that this Einstein location opened up. The staff and manager seemed friendly and were great. I ordered 3 bagels for National Bagel Day. 2 of them were great and just as you'd expect from Einstein. One of them however seemed like the recipe was really off. Dry, dense, stale, old, and even after being toasted, was still cold? It was really confusing. I've never had a bagel like that from Einstein. I will definitely give them a shot again though and either rate up or down depending on how it goes. Still so stoked to have a closer Einstein location."
