"I don't think the Playground has ever had a deep clean. It is so dirty and gross. I always make my kids shower after playing. The staff is pretty nice though, and the kids love going."
"I went through drive thru to get 2 large shakes, there was only one car in front of me. I pulled up to the drive thru window and I waited about 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, take payment and give me the shakes. There were about 4 employees that walked by the window, looked at me and did not engage. Lack of urgency at this store, but the shakes were good."
"Get a #2 and a banana strawberry shake. Can't believe they closed the one downtown. What were you thinking?... This place is a fantastic fast food establishment. It's nostalgic and been around 4ever! Please come back downtown!"
"I never leave reviews, but this location is trash. They have the slowest possible service in the entire fast food industry. I got in line to the drive-through, and 20 minutes later, I finally got to the window. If I was smart, I could have driven home, taken a massive dump, blended it up, served it on a stick, then drove back, and finally get my order. And this isn't the first time I have had service this slow at this location."
