"It took 45 minutes to get our food, which came out cold and melting. When we asked if we could get fresh food and new ice cream, it took another 15 minutes to again receive cold food and no new ice cream. All the food was sitting in the warming window, which they were just switching out as new customers came up. At this point, we asked for a refund to which we were told there was no manager on shift, as all the kids were standing around on phones in the back. One of the kids finally got another kid and issued us a refund after asking us not to leave a bad review. Clearly being worried about doing your job isn't as important as the negative response they were knew going to receive because of it."

"I ordered a cake on February 15th to be picked up on February 19th for a birthday. I got there at 10:30 to pick up the cake, and it wasn’t made or ready. I asked if there was one (chocolate brownie extreme) without the writing on it… none. They had a ton of Oreo prepared, but none of the chocolate brownie extreme?? Definitely won’t be counting on this place again."

"The food itself is fine! No problem there. I placed an online order to be ready by 12:35, and did not receive it until 12:55. A little girl in front of me ordered ONE ice cream cone, and it took her just as long to get it."

"The reviews here are accurate and nothing has changed it apears. I think the only reason this place could possibly still be in business is the fact that it's in a relatively remote location- locals don't have another close by. This place desperately needs some good leadership to whip it in shape. Whoever operates this location should know it is a disaster. I came here for a second time last night assuming the first bad experience was a 1 off bad night. There were 5-6 workers there and maybe 2 people in line waiting to order. We waited a very long time for our ice cream order. When we finally got it we found our blizzards actually had been ready for a while but were just sitting in the window melting. If they had been turned over they would have been all over the floor. The place was not busy. I did see the kids just chatting in the ice cream area. There needs to be an adult supervising these kids. And an adult with some leadership ability."
