"I never usually give reviews, but the workers here really do not care even a little bit about the food that comes out of the window. I have come here like 10 times since it’s opened and every single time the food is either ice cold, wrong, or slathered in a mystery sauce. Don’t get me wrong, i don’t expect Taco Bell workers to make every single crunch wrap supreme with love but I also don’t expect my food to look like it was dropped on the floor and then thrown in a bag."

"Brand new Taco Bell and it feels like it’s on the verge of closing. Whoever trained the new team should be held accountable for their behavior. They have zero pride in their work, I get it, it’s fast food, but the work ethic and behaviors you learn in these jobs can still benefit you in the future. I love Taco Bell, please train the team properly, train them to take pride in their work. Small things like a smile and an attitude of happiness go a long way! We shouldn’t have to look through our food to make sure it’s clean and ordered correctly, the amount of money we pay is enough. I’m taking a break from Taco Bell until I hear they have taken the complaints seriously and work to fix them. Management this is YOUR responsibility!"

"I went here on opening day when there was a huge line (like 20 cars) and I was driving off with my food in under 5 minutes. They're freaky fast and the food has been good quality, aside from some broken crunchy tacos. The Saratoga location takes foreverrrrr compared to this and I haven't had the best experience with the workers there. Everyone here is friendly and I've been back a few times because I know I won't be waiting forever to get food."

"Evening shift on a Monday at this TB location ain't it. Whoever bagged my food made it look like they pulled it straight out of the trash. Beans covering everything, only a handful of Nacho Fries in the filthy container...praying this doesn't give me food poisoning because I already ate a burrito out of the bag. The other burrito didn't feel right and was all squished with barely any filling. See pics for example of the beans covering everything, the burrito, and the pathetic attempt at filling the fry cup...I threw these away because it did NOT look safe to eat."

"Tried this new location for the first time the other day. The food was delicious and if it wasn't for the ginormous orders ahead of me, I would have gotten it pretty quickly. My only gripe is that there was something going on with the chalupas, so I wasn't able to get one; they offered any supreme taco as a substitute as I was ordering the deluxe cravings box. This location is a huge improvement over the Saratoga Springs one. I'll upload a photo of the building when I have a chance to get back there."
