"The staff at this location are not kind! I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes, and when I went into inquire about where my food was, they did not know where it was and when they finally found it, they said, “well there it is. “ No apology or understanding. So, I guess if you want to go to McDonald’s that just wants your money and doesn’t care about your experience there,this is your place to go, but for me, NEVER AGAIN."

"McDonald’s makes mistakes sometimes and I get that. However this location has in the past forgotten to give me my order when they sent me to waiting area, given me incorrect food, and not just once. Today is the last straw for me though. I ordered 2 Big Mac’s, very simple order and they were assembled with 2 buns on top. If this was the only time I had issues with I’d let it go and I never leave reviews. So let this be a warning don’t expect your food fastor correct. I will not be returning after this one. There needs to be more effort made in training staff rather then rushing orders to meet a time quota."

"I came after school with my kids to get some energy out. We ordered food, and they played. I placed a second order for some apple pies to go. They came out and told me it would be about 10 minutes. No problem. The kids were finishing up, but still good to be there. After about 20 minutes I had my kids put their shoes on. I went to the front and asked if our order was ready. The manager came out and said there was a miscommunication and they hadn’t put anymore pies in. She asked if I wanted to wait or be refunded. I told her I didn’t think my kids could wait anymore, so a refund would be great. They refunded me, but also brought my kids out 3 warm cookies each. We weren’t expecting that, and it made their day. Every time we go to this location, the employees are always super nice and try their best."

"The employees are rude, and they decide what they do or do not have on the menu and are not shy to say "I won't do that" it's not a matter of menu, it's a matter of what they will or will not do. They also do not fill the drinks up I opted to give this place another chance. They falsely advertise their products, and seem to have extreme difficulty meeting orders accurately or timely."
