"Went to order a family dinner through drive through, but the attendant must not have heard me order kids chicken nuggets (I just got the nuggets, no meal). The food was typical fast food, though I did get a plastic clip in my brisket sandwich. The chocolate shake was great!"

"Worst customer service ever had a aviators coupon card from the high school it says on the card no limit displayed on card it says. Buy a classic beef and cheddar/ roast beef at reg price get one free i bought 4 beef and cheddars at $4.49 a piece and 2 classic beef at$ 5.39 it came to $26.84. The total saved on purchase was $3.70 on purchase .Not impressed with this restaurant with all the selections of restaurants in the city you would think they would care about the service and there word with what the display for their company. Didn't even get a buy one get one free lame!!"

"Can you ever get hot fries at this Arby’s? I love sitting here waiting for my food, watching them put most of my food items and fries on the tray. It’s been 6-7 minutes watching my food get cold while they wait for one final item to deliver it. This place would be great if food and fries were hot when I received them. Especially after waiting 15 minutes or more to get it. Received our food… cold fries. Also, what’s going on with the chicken tenders? Looks like they smashed and tenderized the tar out of it. Flat and round. Nope, I’m done here."

"Pulled in to the drive through about 3:20 on a Friday afternoon. No cars ahead of me, nobody in the dining room. Ordered a Greek Gyro meal. Receipt was time stamped at 3:23. I FINALLY got my food at 3:38, and it was stone cold. Not slightly warm, cold. The meat in the Gyro was clearly uncooked and parts still had ICE CRYSTALS in it. Not a word from the staff about the wait, no offer to substitute because the Gyro meat was clearly not ready. I tried to get their attention at the drive through window several times but was ignored. Having already spent considerably more time than intended, I did not go in to complain. Unlikely that I will be returning."

"Well, I have to say it’s pretty disgusting that I get all this rotten lettuce in my sandwich and to top it off I paid for extra bacon, which I don’t know when one piece of bacon in your sandwich is considered extra and the sandwich is supposed to have other items on it, which just aren’t even there and to add insult to injury. This place is in capable of answering their phones after calling five different times."
