Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Woodland Hills

"Room was clean. I liked the closet and wardrobe and amount of storage. Bathroom had ample countertop space. Room was spacious. We booked the standard queen and it had ample room with a sleeper sofa, desk area, and extra chair. Only complaint was some sugar ants that found their way in. We noticed there was some food flung up above the headboard and ants were headed for the food. Who flings food at the walls? Hotel staff were great. I did find it odd this location had no microwaves in any of the rooms. I did like the pool was right beside the gym with windows separating the two. No free breakfast but overall nice hotel."

"One of the best places we have stayed at in Tulsa. Thank you to the lady at the front desk SIA! She was so sweet and so helpful! She showed us such hospitality! We were traveling with our baby and didn’t realize our room did not come with a microwave. We have to warm our baby’s formula for her to eat it. Sia took it upon herself to find us an extra microwave so we wouldn’t have to leave our room during the night! This meant so much to my family that she would care enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be staying again when we are in the area. Also the pool was nice and warm! It was a cold windy weekend so having a warm pool was a plus!"

"We booked a room for 4 people, yet there was only three towels in the bathroom. Our room did not have a microwave, which was disappointing for 2 nights. We had left some items behind, and I tried to call and see how we can get them returned to us and spoke with Beth on March 4, she interrupted me in the middle of me speaking and put Me on hold. I was trying to tell her the list of items we left behind , Which I explained to her when she came back on the phone a few seconds later. She said she looked in the lost and found, and there was nothing there. One of the items left behind was iPhone iPods, which tells the location of them. I informed her that it shows the location of the iPod’s were still there at the hotel. She was very dismissive and began, helping the next customer in front of her and hung up on me. I had asked for the managers name of the hotel, and she said Ms Shelby. I called a different phone number to reach lost & found and Alex texted me a phone number to call that was 11 digits long and hung up on me, And it’s not a valid number. I called that number back again, and spoke with Jesse who was rude and also hung up on me, and would not let me finish speaking to explain that those are too many digits, and the number he texted me is not a valid number. Needless to say, our items were never recovered. And when did hotels stop serving continental breakfast? For the price that we pay for this hotel, you would think that you get complementary breakfast in the morning."

"the woman i spoke to was Sia, the manager. My reservation was confirmed, but not paid for yet. Obviously, i was a little confused because we booked through a 3rd party. We weren’t able to stay and the only problem i have is the way she spoke to us. She could have explained the process in a better tone because i was never rude or disrespectful to her. Glad we didn’t stay."

"We came to this hotel late Friday night after leaving the Fairfield inn due to them having roaches. The woman Sia who checked us in was professional, we were so tired and drained from the ordeal at the other hotel we crashed. When we woke up we headed out quickly as we had things to do, we came back for a few minutes and dropped off an iced coffee and a burger for one of our family members then left again for about two hours. When we came back to the room to ants everywhere literally in the burger and all over the iced coffee. They gave us another room a little bigger and it had no ants. We got up early and left the next morning. There was no compensation or anything from the staff just a sorry. I messaged the hotel and requested a call from the GM because I wanted to be reimbursed. I never received a call but received a message back from Amy (GM) giving a general apology, and asking how many points I used and then she refunded a little less than half the of my points. This experience is so subpar for Marriott and I've stayed at Marriott properties all over the world. I don't know what is going on with these Tulsa Marriott hotels but it's gross. I expected a call, a thorough apology, and accountability but I didn't get it. I was in town with small grandkids and a disabled mother and not only was moving rooms a hassle but our food being destroyed due to an ant infection was unacceptable. There was not even an offer of a bottle of water to replace our destroyed drink. I definitely won't be back and if you choose to stay here check your room thoroughly."
