"I wish things went better. I don’t like leaving a bad review. However when things stack up and they it’s not made better after notifying the team it needs to be shared so someone can hopefully do something about it. The 1st day of my stay the person attending the breakfast was sniffling a ton. She was wearing a towel around her like a shawl and was talking with another employee across the kitchen about being sick. The downstairs coffee was cold my entire week stay. Even after notifying them on day 1 of this issue. I don’t use room service when I’m staying somewhere and i typically have a door hanger to notify them of this. Easy. However, they had none. So I had room service and it was odd. The first 2 days they would only change towels out, but wouldn’t make the bed. Housekeeping on the last day did. Not sure why the inconsistency. Does anyone run a vacuum down the hallways? Those were very dirty. Is it super expensive to change out soiled ceiling tiles? They looked molded and rusted. The first evening I noticed I wasn’t given a WiFi code. So I tried to call the front desk but the Phone didn’t work. So I walked down to the front desk to get the wifi info. I let them know the phone wasn’t working and they fixed that the next day. On my 2nd day the plumbing below the sink popped apart. I fixed that myself. I hope it’s still fixed. I forgot to notify them. At this point I’ll admit I was tired of notifying them of issues. I just hope someone fixes this. I won’t be staying at that location again. I will drive w tea time for a different location."

"Terrible experience! They haven’t had a hot tub in three years as I discovered at 9:00 at night when it was too late to book something else. It was the only reason I chose this hotel then they wouldn’t refund the money."

"Needed to add a night to my reservation. Called the reservation number and was told it couldn't be modified, they would have to add another night and "merge them." When I got to the desk I was told they can't be merged it is a separate reservation so I would need to check out then check back in that night. If the original reservation was just modified so I wouldn't have to check out and check back in I would be charged a late cancelation for the added reservation. This was eventually corrected and I was able to check in. I got to the room to find trash on the floor, food in the fridge and hair on the bed. I called asking for a new room and was told there wasn't one available, "why what's up?" So I explained the state of the room and was told there was one down the hall. The pictures showing the state of the tub and the dirt/bug legs are of the new "clean" room."

"My husband and son just spent a very bad night with y'all after a very long day on the road. Your night clerk messed up his reservation and rebooked his room to another person at 1130pm. They were abruptly woken by their room door banging open in the middle of the night. Thankfully, whoever that was made a hasty retreat. Minutes later the desk clerk called and demanded to know who was in the room and how they had gotten keys? My husband was first surprised and then very angry. There was never an apology from the night clerk for the mixup and midnight scare and when he complained to the desk this morning they couldn't care less. Needless to say they won't be staying with y'all on their return trip back."

"A perfect setting with nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The enjoyable breakfast sent on our journey for after a long day's drive, another Hampton Inn."
