Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa South Bixby, an IHG Hotel

"I had a 2 queen suit with a pull-out couch. The room sleeps 6. The sheets were stained and had spots that were threadbare. There was no bedding for the pull-out so I had to go to back down to the front desk for the bedding. Then there was only 3 bath towels and wash cloths so I had to go back down to the front desk for more of those. Some of the towels had brown stains on them. The next day when the housekeeper came and took all of the dirty towels we asked her to give us 4 sets of towels, but she wouldn’t. I had to go down to the front desk to get another set. We kept running out of hot water during showers. Oh and the breakfast lady shut the breakfast door at like 8:50am. And we weren’t finished eating. Over all, the stay at this hotel definitely was not worth the price point."

"One of the best hotels I have ever been to, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable The staff were incredibly nice. We will definitely be coming back, we were visiting from California and stay 2 days my kids love the pool and the hot tub.."

"I placed my reservations for 3 rooms, at The Holliday Inn express in Bixby Oklahoma , over the phone with their Reservation company call center. I gave the rep all the information including I was bringing two dogs for my stay. He gave me a quote for the rate, but never mentioned a $50 per dog per night fee. I did not find this out until check out. They claim they were doing me a favor by waving the charge for one of the dogs but they still charged me $150 that I had never been quoted to begin with. I was passed from the manager, Zane, saying it wasn’t his responsibility, it was Reservations service, When I followed up with the reservation service, they said they had no way of helping me, and that it was the manager that had the power to adjust my bill or give me credit. Either way, they squeezed an extra $150 out of me, and it will be the last time I or my family stay at a Holiday Inn express"

"Book reservation online. Slight mentioned the hotel is being renovated. Nothing about the windows being bored at all or guess being placed in rooms. But there is no view. Upon arriving, they put me in the worst room the hotel had to offer windows board it up. When I requested another room I was given nothing but excuses. The hotel manager was rude and spoke with to me with a racist under tone. My recommendation is to never stay here again."

"Decent hotel. The provided Dove brand bath products were a problem for me as I am very allergic to Dove. The breakfast was mediocre at best. But the staff was very nice and the room was perfect! **Short person warning... The bathrooms have an art deco sink that is massive and came up to my bellybutton (I'm 5'10"). The sink also takes up most of the bathroom counter as it's a sit on top sink. (Hence the height issue)"
