"**Take this review seriously I looked at reviews and they were all over the place and gave this hotel a try and I will assure you it's not worth the money you save at all. Best comment from the 16 year old in my group was I feel like this is going to turn out like the hotel in The Shining** Hotel looks to be under renovations which is good but it has so many issues they need to just shutdown till they are fixed. First issue it the front door to the hotel doesn't even shut all the way. Second issue staff at check in was on his phone the whole time and at check out no one was in the hotel that could check me out and get me a receipt and had to wait 20 minutes for them to show up. Third issue is I rented two rooms one room the fridge was not even plugged in and that room had dead bugs all over the place and when asked for someone to come clean the room again I was told no that is was clean to there standards. The other room everything worked good in it but curtains had black spot all over them and you can see they just covered moldy tub silicone instead of cleaning or removing it. Hotel has a pool that is indoor and nice size but it's not heated and not maintained at all and the wall are covered in rust. Hotel is in a great location but needs lots of work and should be closed until it's up to the standards of the hotel brand. As of right now I would never recommend anyone to rent rooms from this hotel group because if one hotel is allowed to have the brand name and be like this others will too. I have already cancelled other reservations with hotels that are part of this company. Based on what is have seen in reviews on this hotel basically the hotel brand does not care and will just say it's an independent franchise owner and they will let them know but never make the owner fix or make things right."

"This use to be a good hotel chain. I never had a problem/worry about reserving a room in a Wyndham hotel, but now it seems they’ve sold some of their franchises to people that don’t update the facilities but just rent the rooms at whatever price they can get. The room needed refreshed, shower walls had been caulked and metal fasteners installed to keep the walls up, towels were pretty thread bare, carpet was clean, mattress was ok. It all Seemed clean, had the required coffee pot and ice box. They offered breakfast from 6:30-9:30. We got to the eating area at 8:45, 45 minutes before breakfast end. It was a disaster area. No apple juice, orange juice looked like water, no bread for toast, nothing. Only skim milk for cereal. Fake eggs, no pancake batter/syurp. They had the machine just nothing to make or eat pancakes. The fruit bowl had very old, hard, shriveled oranges. No other fruit. The person taking care of the area did fill her coffee container as did the front desk clerk. It’s not a hotel I’ll stay in again."

"The first time stayed was nice, the second time. They gave us a room that had a broke toilet and over us to a different room and it was not clean at all and the people above Stump on the floor all night long and then took a hour to check put the next morning. Because the manager was running late."

"Didn't really interact with the staff, since this was a room that my brother reserved for us. The hotel is very rundown, even though it's obvious that improvements are being made. The room we received, 215, had many problems. To start, the floor was so uneven, it gave me serious concerns about the stability of the building. Heater was broken. The bathroom was like a fun house without the "fun" ... probably at least a 10 degree tilt in the bathroom itself. Massive cracks around the doors and shower stall. Some mold. Bedroom had an open crack in the middle of the wall. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wire. The hallway detector was attached to the ceiling by liberal use of electrician's tape. The slight upside was that the furniture seemed relatively new, and the bed was comfortable."

"The guy at the Front Desk school was rude. He wouldn’t give us hygiene. My hair goes down to my butt and I needed some extra shampoo and conditioner, and he told me there’s some in the room. I told him that my husband would be using those and I need two more to be able to wash my own hair and he said sorry I can’t give you none. I am a platinum member on the Wyndham Rewards and I will not be going back to them. He would not give me toothpaste so that my husband and I could brush our teeth. Our room was dirty from the previous guest and they would not come in there and clean it. The toilet in our bathroom would not flush. The bathtub had hair in it from the previous guest. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter and they wouldn’t come clean it. The desk in the room had food on it from the previous guest. The entire hotel smells like mildew. The breakfast you do not have any options. When I asked for a couple condiments, because there was none out there, they said that they will get it filled whenever they get to it. When I asked to be switched to a new room, the guy told me he cannot do that. I asked for my money back so that I could go to another hotel and he said that that is not an option. I had to wait until 3 o’clock in the morning to go down to the front desk to be able to get hygiene so my husband could take a shower. The lady at the front desk was hands-down amazing."
