Renaissance Tulsa Hotel & Convention Center

"We stayed here last night. Great location and next to good restaurants! The room was very clean and beds are very comfortable! We had a really great breakfast too! They also had a treat bag for our fur kids and it was really cute! Highly recommend this place if you’re ever on the Tulsa downtown area. You will not be disappointed!"

"Definitely no where close to a 4 star hotel. Bath tub looked like it had been there for 30 years with standing water in it when I arrived. Sheets and comforter had several tears in them as if they have never been replaced over the past decade. One working elevator and zero access to first floor to or from any other floor except elevator… for a conference with 750 plus people. This was absolutely ridiculous and management was not accommodating at all. This is not a good area of Tulsa as we experienced many issues with safety. People approaching for money, road rage etc. this place is run down. I do not recommend at all under any circumstances."

"The staff are super nice, the hotel is exceptionally clean and lots of great amenities. The rooms have mini fridges but no microwaves which is unusual for a hotel of this calibre. Each time we have stayed here has been during a convention of 500+ people and the building only has one set of elevators, of which one of them always seems to be broken thus having to queue and wait to go up at peak times."

"It can be a very beautiful and fun property. Unfortunately it seems that they don’t have sufficient maintenance. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable ( except for the elevator noise which is a separate story) but there was a strange rust in the tub and part of the mounding was broken. Little things matter! The bed was heavenly. The AC in the room was fabulous and quiet. One of the elevators was completely out of service during our stay. And I have a big complaint about one of the front desk staff. Even though I am a titanium member with Marriott and I had requested a quiet room they put me in a room towards the highway With incredibly dirty windows. When I requested the change, they moved my room, but put me right across from the elevator. It was impossible to sleep before midnight. The love was beautiful. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the lounge was decent. And the conference center was very beautiful andaccommodating."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a pageant competition. The rooms were okay. Slightly outdated but the necessities were in place and it was easy to get a good nights sleep. What the hotel lacked in being more modernized it made up for in service. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Travis Jackson the restaurant supervisor for his positive attitude and spirit of service. Overall I would definitely recommend this establishment."
