Extended Stay America - Tulsa - Midtown

"I stayed here with my sister one night… never again! They run this place like a prison. First of all the key cards would just stop working after being used 1 time. Because of this I got locked out of my room for almost an hour, because whoever was working the front desk was asleep or occupied somewhere behind the desk and I sat around having to wait to get a room key remade. She also informed me that towel exchange was before 11PM so I wouldn’t be able to get any fresh towels. They do room inspections now, so if you stay long term plan on them going through your room weekly! Oh and the best part…I have a registered service animal, not an emotional support animal, my dog is a ADA registered seizure alert dog, I have the paperwork and ID cards, AND THEY TOLD ME I COULDN’T HAVE HIM THERE!!! Totally illegal to deny me that. I snuck him in anyways. Just beware this place is shady and the employees are messy."

"Any time I stay here, it's always a lovely lil vacay from home. The staff is always so polite & welcoming. The rooms are clean & fully stocked with everything we need. Keep it up!"

"The staff (Cheyenne) was very friendly and helpful!! We needed some pans, dishes, silverware, etc and she got all of it for us. Rooms were clean. I'd stay again if the need arose."

"The hallway smelled similar to what you'd expect in a nursing home. However, because I burned some meat on the stove, a very aggressive nasty lady, who later identified herself as the manager kicked us out of this place. For the hospitality industry, this person was not at all hospitable, and honestly quite disrespectful. I witnessed other people on this floor smoking cigarettes, but it was us who was accused of smoking and made to leave. I don't smoke cigarettes at all. This lady made false accusations about there being drug paraphernalia in my room and there was not. The slander, disrespect and aggressive demeanor of this 'manager' have no place in the hospitality industry. My friends who were there to rent a room, chose not to simply based on the actions of the manager. Extended Stay has seen the last of me, my co-workers, and friends and family."

"it’s a decent place. rooms are clean and spacious. the kitchen was a little run down. and can only get hot water in the bath. bring your own dishes because they don’t have any. only saw a few bugs. it says that they are pet friendly but you have to spend hundreds of dollars in pet fees to bring your animals and the only entrance is the front lobby so they see everything. can’t even sneak your dogs in. they have luggage carts which is huge when you staying for long periods of time and have lots of stuff. the only nice person was trish. everyone else is extremely rude and angry. it has its pros and cons. do with this information as you please but i’m giving an honest review.."
